Made with a fiberglass/cotton paper substrate, this reinforced, double-sided adhesive tape features bidirectional fibers and delivers high bonding strength to a wide range of substrates.
It is composed of thermally conductive ceramic powder filled with acrylic polymer and compounded with an organosilicone adhesive, exhibiting high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties.

AB tape, also known as strong–weak double-sided tape, is made with optical-grade transparent PET as its base material, coated on one side with optical adhesive and on the other side with silicone adhesive. The silicone‑coated side exhibits low adhesion, provides automatic air‑venting, and can be removed without leaving any residue.
Using aluminum foil as the substrate, a specially formulated backing material is coated with an acrylic‑based polymeric adhesive, and then a release liner is laminated to form a single‑sided adhesive tape.
Both automated equipment bonding and manual assembly are available.
