The PT series is a black acrylic foam double-sided adhesive with a closed-cell foam structure, featuring an automotive-grade substrate and designed for die-cutting and slitting processes.
The PT series exhibits excellent initial adhesion and strong wettability; it offers high shear and peel strength, making it suitable for bonding to metals, plastics, painted surfaces, and glass, ensuring robust adhesion even on materials with both high and low surface energies.
The PT series is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, aging, and plasticizers, and withstands moisture and chemical solvents.
The PT series foam boasts excellent elasticity, compensates for thermal expansion and contraction, provides shock absorption and noise reduction, conforms to uneven and rough surfaces, is waterproof and dustproof, and effectively isolates water, gasoline, and other contaminants.
