It can simulate a wide range of complex operating conditions, accurately test and validate the key performance characteristics of adhesive products, and ensure comprehensive quality control.
The laboratory has obtained CNAS accreditation and, supported by comprehensive testing equipment and an established operational system, provides reliable technical support for materials development, product evaluation, and quality management.

Precise Core Performance Testing


A standardized, temperature-controlled testing environment has been established, equipped with multiple high-precision testing instruments: two room‑temperature static shear testers, one high‑speed electro‑servo computerized tensile testing machine, and two peel‑strength testers. These devices enable comprehensive core mechanical tests, including peel strength, static shear, and tensile performance, to verify product bond strength and tensile resistance, thereby ensuring consistent, compliant performance in service.

High-Temperature Operating Condition Simulation and Validation


Six high-temperature static shear testers are configured to simulate a variety of high-temperature operating conditions, enabling the assessment of product adhesion stability, aging resistance, and tack retention under elevated temperatures, as well as validation of durability in extreme thermal environments. These systems are well-suited for demanding high-temperature applications such as automotive exterior components and engine‑adjacent areas.

All-weather weather resistance testing


Equipped with four high-precision, constant‑temperature and constant‑humidity testing chambers, the facility can simulate a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions, as well as alternating dry–wet cycles, to evaluate products’ moisture resistance, humidity tolerance, weatherability, and aging performance. It also verifies operational stability across diverse climatic regions, helping to prevent issues such as delamination, wrinkling, and failure caused by environmental factors.

As the core module for comprehensive product‑performance verification, it coordinates three specialized laboratories to conduct multi‑dimensional retesting, covering all scenarios—from new‑product prototypes and mass‑production sampling inspections to customized‑product validation—thereby completing the final assessment of overall performance, compatibility, and stability and rigorously safeguarding product quality at the factory gate.
